Welcome to my Blog class! For those of you who do not know much about Blogger, it is a free service provided by Google that allows users to share information in the form of a personal journal. Click this link to about technology for a boarder explanation of Blogger and its capabilities.
Blogger is just one of the many Web 2.0 applications that we will explore in this class, so please keep up with your user name and password. You will log into your blog weekly to create new posts. Remember, I provided a user name / password log in week 2 in GeorgiaVIEW. Please use this log to keep up with your information. For class purposes only, I recommend that you use the same user name and password as this will help you access your accounts, but this is for class purposes only. For your personal accounts, remember to use a variety of user names and passwords to protect your identity and account information.
You are to create only one blog. Each new assignment will be added as a new posts or a gadget to your original blog. Please do not create a new blog for each assignment. If you do, I will not be able to see or grade your work. I will only be able to view the blog you submitted in Georgia View.
All Blogger assignments will be graded from your Blog and not from GeorgiaVIEW. If you have any questions or problems, email me in GeorgiaVIEW.
Now create your first blog post by posting an introduction for your readers. Tell your readers a little something about yourself and what you hope to learn about Blogger. Be creative, have fun, but most of all be respective. Label your post Introducting - Your Name
